The Music
Resonance is the medicine.
I don't release music to satisfy an industry. I release it to honor the creative voice inside. From the foundational Nothing At All EP to the upcoming Coffee Shop EP, this is the sonic documentation of my own return to the earth.
The calling that never went away.
I picked up a guitar at fourteen and realized immediately that it wasn't a hobby — it was a language. One I'd been waiting to speak. Since then, music has been the anchor for everything I do. Whether I'm directing a film or facilitating deep work, the music is the frequency that makes the rest of it possible. It isn't separate from the work. It is the root of it.
After years of writing and wandering, I've landed in Austin. What I bring to this city is a collision of worlds: Australian slacker rock grit woven through folk sensibilities. A sound built from recording, touring, and living — unpolished, honest, and heavy with intent.
My debut EP, Nothing At All, was the first look — acoustic and stripped back. The trajectory is shifting. The new material, starting with One From Another and the upcoming Coffee Shop EP, leans harder into the rock groove. More visceral. It feels right.
Songwriting, for me, is a practice of paying attention — catching what's already there and bringing it into the world. Building the Songwriting Sanctuary is about sharing that craft and creating space for others to do the same.

What are you holding onto?
Voice memos, half-written lyrics, a chord progression that won't resolve. You do not have to carry them alone. Bring them to the room. That is exactly what the Sanctuary is for.
