The Music

music is the medicine.

I release music because it's the work I was here to make. If you feel the same pull toward something unfinished — you're in the right place.

From the stripped-back, acoustic bones of the Nothing At All EP to the visceral, rock-heavy pulse of the upcoming Coffee Shop project, my music is the heartbeat of my own journey back to the earth.

It is the only constant. While other seasons of life have come and gone, the guitar remains my anchor. Whether it's tracing a new chord progression that finally gives a name to a feeling, or the physical act of activating the voice to sing — this is the primary medicine. It has solved every ailment I have ever carried.

the australian grit

After years of wandering, I have landed in Austin, Texas. What I bring with me is a collision of worlds: Australian slacker-rock grit woven through folk sensibilities. It is a sound built from recording, touring, and living — unpolished, honest, and heavy with intent.

In this city, the live music capital of the world, I've found the space to let the trajectory shift. The new material leans harder into the groove. It's more visceral. It feels like coming home.

devotion to the craft

Songwriting is a practice of catching what is already there and bringing it into the light. It is an act of devotion.

Beyond the stage and the studio, I am building the Songwriting Sanctuary — a space to share this craft and create a container for others to find their own resonance. Because when we find the song, we find ourselves.

The Songwriting Sanctuary

your unfinished songs deserve a room.

Voice memos, half-written lyrics, chord progressions that won't resolve — the Songwriting Sanctuary is a zero-cynicism room in Austin where unfinished work is not just welcome. It's the whole point.

1:1 Work

if the block goes deeper than the song.

Sometimes the unfinished music isn't about the music. Benjamin works 1:1 with artists to identify and reprogram the beliefs that have been keeping their creative work small — using muscle-testing reprogramming and somatic facilitation to close the gap between who you are and the work you're here to make.

apply for the inner sanctum

“Benjamin Webster has a way of connecting with Artists that is truly masterful. He understands the complexities of an artistic soul and how to help uncover limiting stories and beliefs to help artists step more fully into the embodiment of our gifts.”
