I know how this looks. An Australian bloke talking about soul's work and Mother Earth and the ancients. But the thing is, we all ask ourselves these kinds of questions. What's out there? Why are we here? I just decided to stop pretending I wasn't asking them.

After exiting a high-level corporate career in Learning & Development — working with some of the most exciting companies in the world — I realized a vital truth: productivity metrics and mindset hacks were failing to address the deep, somatic burnout people were carrying. I shifted my life's work to the unseen architecture beneath our success.

Today, as a filmmaker, musician, and facilitator, I refuse to just teach the theory of creativity. I live it. I hold space for craft workers to drop the armor, return to the earth, and remember who they are — so their true dharma can finally take the lead.
